Green Acres Mobile Park in Springville, Utah joined the IPG housing community this week! This all ages community has 75 spaces and is now under the regional management of Cheri Goss. Their amenities include a playground and RV storage.
Broadmoor in Yakima, Washington celebrated the 4th of July as they decorated everything from themselves to motorcycles, from golf carts to even dogs and paraded through their community. Following the parade, they continued their celebration by cooling off at the pool while enjoying some BBQ. They even made the local news!

Dayton Park in Osseo, MN finished their Comcast install at the beginning of December. The signups exceeded expectations with more than 80 new accounts. They had State Representative, Kristin Robbins, stop by and she had great things to say about Dayton Park and how much it has improved since IPG acquired the property.

The Lafayette Gardens Team in Lafayette, CO provided 204 children with Christmas Gifts including toys clothes and shoes. They had 45 families receive Christmas dinner including Turkey and all the fixings and 10 homebound seniors received premade Christmas dinners. Rustic Acres in Boise, ID held its Community Holiday Party where they served turkey, ham, mashed potatoes, gravy, and macaroni and cheese. The kids all received a blanket and the adults received raffle prizes.
