The Multifamily Communities held a maintenance shop makeover contest in September and had some amazing results come in! The Team at Parkview in Minneapolis MN lead by Brian Rabuse was voted to have the most incredible transformation and win the golden ticket with a $500 prize. We also want to give a shout out to the other fierce competitors who cleaned, organized and whipped their shops into shape with a 2nd place going to Pierce Park and 3rd place going to Waverly Gardens.
