They had close to 50% of resident participation out of 131 spaces. They celebrated the holidays with hot cocoa, hot apple cider, pastries, cookies and candy. ]]>Sunset Estates in El Dorado Hills, CA and the local Fire Department hosted their annual Santa Fun Run. They had close to 50% of resident participation out of 131 spaces. They celebrated the holidays with hot cocoa, hot apple cider, pastries, cookies and candy. Everyone said how much they enjoyed the decorations, lights and inflatables put up by Property Manager David Carr and his family. The kids had a blast getting to take pictures with Santa, Mrs. Claus, and the Grinch. The event was a great succus and they are definitely looking forward to doing it all again next year.
