Monte Vista, a 55+ manufactured home community in Taylorsville, Utah, hosted their Resident Holiday Party and it was a huge success. This was the first time since the pandemic that we have had the opportunity to hold this holiday tradition and the residents were so excited. The Monte Vista team worked hard shopping, decorating and prepping for this event. It has been such a great investment through the years in relationship building between the residents and management. The Winchester Estates clubhouse was cozy but worked out just fine! And a big thanks goes out to Winchester Estates Property Manager, Shayleena Gaitan, for letting us share.
