]]> Knollwood Towers in Hopkins, Minnesota hosted a very successful food truck night with Steven D’s. The vendor had a consistent line from 5 PM to 8 PM and the residents loved the burgers, fries and the ability to grab and go. Thank you to Community Manager, Christine Fox, for putting together such a fun event! The team is planning to have a different food truck each month and add a desert truck so that will be fun to add some variety. This was a zero cost to the community they just ask that we advertise it to our residents.
